I HATE BAD SERVICE

<p>On 29 July 2017 I purchased a fridge at GAME Boulders shopping centre. It was delivered and I plugged it in at home and waited for the initial 6 hours as per manual before putting any food in it. After 6 hours the fridge was still warm. I woke on Sunday morning-30 July 2017 and the fridge was still warm. I called Game and told them and they told me they would deliver another fridge on Monday 31 July 2017. On 31 July 2017 I phoned Game to follow up and I was told my fridge would be delivered anytime between 16:00-18:00. I rushed home to meet the delivery guys. I waited until 19:00 and nobody arrived to deliver my friedge. I through out groceries I had purchased because they were rotting from being out of a fridge for 2.5 days. Today is 01 August. Game called me this morning and told me my fridge would be delivered today between 16:00-18:00 as I had requested. At 13:30 I received a call from a driver telling me he's from Game and is on his way to deliver my fridge. I'm at work and I had made no provision to receive a fridge at 13:30 today. I specifically requested that the fridge be delivered after 16:00 because thats when I knock off work and woulkd be able to receive it. The driver has told me that if he doesn't deliver the fridge today he will deliver it tomorrow. I have called Game to report this and I was told that the Major appliances department is not able to take my call as they are busy with stocktake. I was referred to the manager and was told they would call me back. I am yet to receive the call. I have suffered enough at the hand of Game, Boulders Shopping Centre, Midrand. I should've been sold a working fridge from the onset but I understand that appliances may be faulty. However, what I do not appreciate is the horrible service I have received since reporting the defect. I have lost money because I have had to throw out groceries I had purchased because they are now rotten and Game is definitely not going to compensate me for this. PLEASE HELP</p>
