I Give Up

Ordered items online and was told it was going to arrive on the 8th of March. No one came so I decided to wait till Wednesday (13th), I called and they have no idea where my package is and what's causing the delay. They phoned me back on the 14th of March and told me that my package would arrive on the 15th of March. Nothing was delivered.

I wasted my time and airtime continuously contacting them to find out where my items were, for none of them to know what was going on.
