I feel ******

I placed an order online to the value of R5492.67. Upon delivery more than R3000 of the merchandise was not delivered that's about 20 items. There was no invoice attached to any of the two boxes that were delivered. This are essential items . I tried to call on the same day 5x with each call averaging 10minutes waiting time. With no luck getting through to the call centre I sent email. Not a single response has been made. Today I tried to call again, just like before no1 was picking up the other end of the line. Sooo much airtime Ive used already, Im really stressed because this is a lot of money .
