I FEEL ******!!!!
I bought two secondhand contract phones at game in March for 299, they then added extra saying that its for insurance and should anything happen i can go claim. My phone was ****** and im only told now that the stupid insurance is the contract cover by Lufuno Makhawa with an attitude and she was loud as hell. I am really annoyed ad livid at this point and wouldn't advice anyone to purchase any phone at game (Clearwater) as they do not explain proper from the beginning.

24 Aug 2020, 22:41Please note that this has not being resolved! I only received a call from a store manager that was so defensive. I work with customers on a daily and I make sure I know my products and I’m able to explain to my clients. When I bought this phone, the lady said to me “I took the liberty of adding insurance on the phones because we don’t know what might happen” after hearing that why I insure the phones twice? When I called game this time to tell them about the phone they told me it’s a death cover,Well that’s what Lufuno from Clearwater said! why would I take a death cover on the phone? To show that these people don’t know what they selling, they calling a contract cover a death cover!!! I’m so defeated and still worn people, find other options before you go to game, they always disappoint and this is the second time they doing to me. No customer centricity at all!!!!
