I dont receive a statement

this is now the second time since I have had my Game account that I dont receive a statement, so i call them to find out what the amount will be (debit order) that will be taken off my acc, so i get a figure and then 2 days later when my debit order goes off, it is a completely different amount, the debit order is much more than what i was told over the phone, not impressed!!
