I bought washing machine which became faulty and was picked from my house for repairs.

The gentleman with this number ********** , picked up washing machine from my mother place after I have reported it at Game Zevenwacht Mall Cape Town. This was March 2017. Up until today the machine was never returned. I went back to Game and know one knew about mycomplaint and they couldn't find my complaint on their records. Eventually one of the guys tried to contact defy and the lady contacted me asking the name of the guy who picked up my machine as they dont have record of my mame on thier system. I told her I dont know the gentleman's name but it was an African guy. She then called me syating that she knows who the guy is she will get back to me. Up until today nothing happened. I phoned thr guy today on the above mentioned cell phone number he then said he only works for defy he is not the boss there. He will get back to me as they always say.

Please help as I bought this machine for R3000.
