I bought iron and they are failing to repair it

Last year I bought an iron from millex brand at game. Few months I realise that is not steaming and is leaking and damp my clothes and too stick it burm my clothes weather even if I reset silk. I bought the iron at game . I realize it not working i I bought an Iron at game they dont wanna assist. its leaking , burn my clothes even if I reset. Then I went to the shop to report. Then thy promised they will send for repairs it will be back after 21 Days. It came back they said its working i must add water and wait its worse now .its leaking. Not happy at all since still under warranty .
