I bought an iron at Game store Promenade 3 months ago from Bennet Iron supplier, Tevo. The iron burns clothes and leaks water. Last week, I was told I couldn't exchange it with a slip despite buying it on my account. Today, they said they can’t give me a new iron or refund; it needs to be booked in, and after 11 days, I will get a reply. Now I have to go without an iron for 11 days. I'm very disappointed in Game and Tevo.

That was never told to me. I can’t understand why I have to go without an iron until Game gets back to me. For me, this is really unacceptable.
