I bought a microwave at Game in Table View then it's started to give me problems so I phone the head office ask them to assist me so they escalated my query. They said that I can exchange it at game canal walk. Quinten Japhta communicated to me regarding this matter of wich I explained to him numerous of times so I go to the store I explained again and he had a very nasty attitude towards me told my I must apply for the warranty and I told him that no one communicated that to me and he said that's all I can do he did not even try to help me so I phone the the head office and the they said someone will phone me back and they did...from last year I've been struggling to get my microwave fix up until today I'm still waiting for assistance I don't a refund just an exchange...this is unacceptable that the service is this poor
