I bought a ironer last year November from Game store and and it got damaged this year July I sent the ironer for repairs on the 15 of July unfortunately they saying they cannot assist me cause the ironer has a physical damage which is something I was not

I bought a ironer last year November from Game store and and it got damaged this year July I sent the ironer for repairs on the 15 of July unfortunately they saying they cannot assist me cause the ironer has a physical damage which is something I was not aware of when I bought the ironer no t's and c's where mentioned to me during the time of purchase.Im still paying for the ironer it's still under 1 year guarantee and they do not want to repair my ironer and its been weeks the ironer is sent to them they called me during the last few days to come and collect the ironer and told me it's has not been repaired and they will not repair it.
