i am extremely unhappy and request a response ASAP

I went to the Bloemfontein branch yesterday looking for a polaroid portable speaker, the guy was playing xbox and when I showed him the picture of the speaker we are looking for he was really not happy to leave his game... after that he spoke in sotho (not really appropriate as im Afrikaans or English so I cannot understand so according to me he could have said anything) he just said no they are sold out... I requested him to call the other branch he was on the phone for a while and didn't speak to anyone he just hung up and then had the audacity to tell me that they are discontinued and that specific store also don't have any stock..... I know they are only open till 1pm on a sunday, so immediately I was upset that he was blatantly lying to my face, I asked him his name went to ask for a supervisor or manager to report this because I actually called the number and they didn't answer so I don't appreciate being **** to as im not an idiot and was treated like one by him... after I left he was again saying something in sotho so I didn't think that was good service.... the manager took my details and was going to call me first thing I am still waiting....
