I AM DONE

I can't this anymore. I am tired.

I was promised from the previous post that I would get a call from Game and I should please allow 24 hours. NO ONE HAS CALLED NOR EMAILED ME! I was promised from the 13th December 2018 that I was going to receive delivery 3-5 days (as per the email). NO ONE CALLED NOR EMAILLED ME!

I called the call centre a couple of minutes ago again for like the 20th time. I dont know whom I spoke to but it was a lady and she told me that i'm going to get a call telling me that there is no stock. I'm still getting that call and she is escalating the matter higher. Like it's the 5th time it's been escalated and my previous post on Hellopeter was not even fulfilled.

She told me that she cannot find my name on the system. What nonsense is this? Please explain to me?

Can I please have my refund. Actually I want my money back. I am not willing to wait 10-14 days because if I was told in December of beginning of the year that the phone was out of stock nand no stock was going to come in, I wouldn' have waited so long.

I want my money back. I want it back, latest Tuesday. I am done.
