I am disgusted and fuming with gate store wonderpark the manager has an attitude towards customers its bad to even get a call from complaints department to only tell me I have to wait before I can be refunded is even more disgusting I bought tissolli pots and the lid broke and the lids now and then become loose I bought this less than a month.Game is not taking accountability regading communication of the return policy of the pots as I was never informed I am even mored livid at the fact that they tell me to wait when I cant even cook for my kids and force me to wait 21dys before I can be refuded I now my pocket has to suffer due to a factory fault that game doesnt want to redund as I no longer want the product. They are telling me abt the 21dys the lack of professionalism. I was told to bring the pots I'll be refunded and then when I return the pots there is a different story. Game store feels its fair enough for me to live without pots and my kids to suffer.
