Humiliation and very bad service

Good day i had a very bad day at game jabulani mall i went the i brought a tv box and having a competition i entered the competition they directed to send the slip for manual entry i did that prove of emails i have the following following day i went with the sms i waited 1 hour in store Octavia moloi was not heping me busy saying the never saw anyone who won the competition busy complaing that the voucher has alphabet and number she never saw anything like that i was so embarassed and humiliated by her busy calling her friends telling them i say im going to hello peter as she said she doesn't know the voucher and had anyone won i went home mydo i stay in the vaal i shop at game Soweto cos everything i need i.always get stock , how could one win a competition and the staff doesn't know how to redeem the voucher that time 1hour in store i even told her that i stay in vaal her response was buy there i explained.i.dont.use vaal cos they sometimes not have stock im angry disappointed cos i entered a competition im not a ****mer but was treated like one that humiliation to take back the things i brought ppl looking at me like im a ***** im humiliated i entered a competition i won and the where busy saying she won no one ever won in our store ppl looking at me instead of calling maybe her manager no he called her friend at the glen and she responded no one has won i dont knw the voucher, like alot happend
