HP Laptop

Good Afternoon,,

I bought an HP laptop at Game Kathu, the laptop was not working properly and I returned it to the store of which they took it back to HP for repairs, and I received my laptop back month later , by the time it came I was using other laptop didn't get a chance to check if is working , I decided in January to use the Laptop , took it for software installation again since HP technicians wiped my information , the IT guy advised me that the laptop is too slow and it cat work without a charger , same thing a complained about . took it back again to Game Store Kathu , few weeks later the manager at game calls to tell me is out warranty and the will send it again to HP but is not factory fault I will have to pay cause is out of warranty.. I argued with the manager because is the second time am bring it.. today I receive a call from Game kathu customer Centre , they telling me is mother board and I need to pay the cost because my warranty has ended, why must I pay for something I never used and have complained about, and it was never fixed.

Please assist.
