How NOT to treat your customers

I have been wanting to write this for quite some time now since the service I have received at GAME, Nonesi Mall, Queenstown has NEVER been what it should been. My latest experience involved me asking one of the employees for a Brabantia juicer/blender set only to be informed that they are sold out. I then enquired whether it would be possible for them to order the item for me. A very unprofessional gentleman then said they could. He briefly took my details and said he would contact me in the week (this was on a Sunday). When I hadn't heard anything from them by the following Sunday I decided to follow up. Of course, this gentleman had all kinds of excuses as to why he never contacted me. Later on, a lady then informed me that the product is discontinued - WHY wasn't this told to me from the beginning? And WHY are their staff not kept up to date? Oh & WHY when you ask for any kind of assistance does it seem like you're asking them to move mountains for you?

Please GAME Stores, if you can't treat your customers like they matter close your doors and shut down. You don't deserve anyone's support in that case. Invest in customer service training and don't settle for any Tom, **** or Harry to run your shops. Your image is drastically being damaged!
