How do we spell useless: G.A.M.E. stores

I would have preferred to have a complaint about ONE specific store BUT it seems that ALL Game stores have the same type of staff so it is a recruiting/selection process problem. Don't get me wrong there are, very few and far between, one's that surprise but it's so few and far between I cannot even mention names, although yesterday the manager at the tills and one of their tellers were fantastic! Did not take away from yet ANOTHER s*($^#$% experience at Game! Key West, this time! The staff on the floor is sluggish, lazy, has NO customer service, and NO understanding of one of the 11 languages in SA, namely English, and no clue of what they sell and where??? For 10 years, since moving to Randfontein I have had issues with Game, and so does my husband, children and other family! A waste of time to say the least.
