how clever are you if you close your entrance

Today 18/02/15 just after 14:00 I was in the store just 2 buy 1 packet of cigarettes. As I walked 2 the cig's counter I saw the entrance was closed and the dtaff told me the area sales manager closed it yest. Now how clever can you be if you close that entr where people can buy cig's or quickly just pay for 1 item. You are the dumbest manager I ever heard of. Then 2 top it all the cashier Dunyiswa made me stood in the long quee and then I asked her if she is close she told me yes but @ the same moment 2 other customers came walking in the front by the cashiers and she helped them and stil made me wait in the quee 4 1 packed of cigarets. You guys are pathetic especialy your area sales manager. Wish I had that dumb man's name. I completed a complaint sheet and stil did not hear anything from the store and then they want 2 say they good in service. GAME YOU suck!!!
