How can i get assistance with this

I bought an electronic high pressure washer (Carwash Gun) at Game (Louis Trichadrt on the 21st of October 2022 and by the second week of using the High pressure wash the extentions that come with the pressure washer referred to as Accessories stop working and i was told that it is not the Store problem because the Pressure washer is still working. The pressure washer is a 1800w Benneth Read brand
