Hot and Cold

I had an issue last week sunday at Game Westwood Mall cell phone department. Both Mavis and Cindy who helped were very patient and were really very helpfull. They both desrve 5 stars. However, when I called this morning to leave a well deserve complement at their manager, I was unable to do so. The person answering the phone could not get rid of me fast enough, and where ever they transfer my call to just keep on ringing (I just give up). Not even sure if the person on the other sider understood my request. Just heard someting about cell phone and there I go. When I asked who the manager is I was just told blantly it is Mavis but according to Game website it is Indhran Naidoo.

So to recap- Mavis & Cind from cell phone department, 5 Stars - Person on phone call, 1 star (you really need to learn to listen first)
