Horrific uncaring service

Bought an item online. Delivery was totally not what was advertised and what I ordered. Went to Game store ,no help , called customer service no help . Sent mail to Web help and no help too. I've paid for something they have the sale and nobody seems to care now. It's been more than a month and nobody has gotten back to me ...well done great customer service from all , I'll never ever buy from any Game store ever again
