Horrific Service - Game Cradle Stone Mall

I went to a game store on Sunday 05 July 2020 - Game Cradle Stone Mall to be specific. We wanted to purchase the pool table. The sales guys was kinda ok running up and down he alone knew why because the store wasn't busy. We stood for an hour and a half trying to get a sales order for this pool table. If eventually asked the manager for help, the manager reprimanded the sales guy for not being able to do his job and that she wasn't going to do his job for him. Eventually when she did decide to help they issued the order with the incorrect customer details...So clearly she can't do her job either. After this time had passed they eventually let me pay for it and said they will sort it the system internally to get the correct documents and have the pool table delivered asap, its 2 weeks later almost nothing. My husband has made numerous calls to the contact centre to try and get assistance no luck either we are still awaiting.

Please do stay away from Game stored clearly service delivery is not a priority....
