Horrible worst service in SA

Game Quenstown must have the most terrifying, horrible service in SA, I bought a cellphone on the 27th of May 2023 for my mother at Game Queenstown, the phone didn't work at all , we then returned the device to game at which we were told to wait another 21 days for the phone to be fixed. Why then do we buy a new phone then again being told to wait another month, who have tine like that to be without a phone and when i contacted them a lady by the name of Vuyelwa start fighting with me srguingf its not their problem its vodacom problem at which i didn't buy the phone at vodacom and should not be inconvenienced like that . I bought the phone for my mother and which she is in Queenstown i reside in Pretoria its frustrating especially that nobody in that store takes responsibility.
