Horrible shopping experience at Game Store Pavillion

Game store service in Pavillion is a nightmare. Paid my TV laybe had to wait for an hour for it to be released due to their technical issue. Had to scream my lungs out to be attended by the store manager. Had to wait for another good 30 minutes to take it out of the shop cos of their error. I've never been so passed in my life. What a bad shopping experience I had with Game at Pavillion shopping mall. Basically I spent 2 hour 30 minutes just to get my laybuy. 😭😭😭😭
