Horrible service to a toddler from game store

I ordered baby essential's on game online on Sunday the 28/11/2025 my order was delivered on the 29/11/2024 and my order had missing items.I called game to enquire only to be told it’s splattered.than got a notification it on the way on the 30/12/25. The driver returned my order to store without contacting me.Got a call on 31/12/25 in the morning so say they will deliver.I called their contact centre spoke to Adam the team leader who promised to resolve this matter as the order had my baby formula which she needed it urgently. They saying I should expect it on the 01/01/26 when I ask for a refund of my money so that I can get my baby formula somewhere else.They promised to comeback to me, now they are closed and I sill don’t have my order or refund. These it’s a horrible service and the sad part is the these orders it’s for an innocent little life who does not now what is order is delayed she just want her milk… Order Number: ***
