Horrible service service and *********** staff

Game jabulani mall, the worst game to ever expect help from. Even is it's something you bought from the store. Bought a fridge from jabulani mall game 2023 and now the fridge is not cooling. I have been waiting for 3 week for them to contact me regarding a slip from HQ just so they can send a KIC technician. As the fridge is within it warranty very unhelpful stuff, will even hide the store manager when you request for one and say the manager is not here. Been there 3 times following up and still to no avail always calling the office for assistance and you will always be told tomorrow we will contact you. Horrible customer service I'm even thinking of taking them to the ombudsman as they don't honor the customer agreement, with clients that spent their hard earned cash in that store.
