Horrible Service Game - Online

On black Friday I bought a Samsung 12000 BTU air conditioner from Game online, That afternoon I received a call from the store indicating that it was the indoor unit only and they cant deliver as you have to buy indoor and outdoor, I indicated that no were in the add was this stated, he agreed and this was referred to his management,

Since then it has gone to online, content management, head office, with no resolution, the last communication was that the buyer is offering R400m voucher for the error. I have indicated that I expect a full unit.

Each time I call customer service the same, we will get back to you, absolutely horrible service, going on for months with no resolution - don't trust any online adverti*****ts from Game,
