Horrible service from Game Stores and WumDrop Delivery

I have had my time wasted and terrible service from Game online purchases and I have been **** to, and my time wasted, money wasted for two days.

I purchased items that were suppose to be delivered on the 15 April 2025. The driver **** and said he tried to reach me. I called before the delivery 3 times, the was no call from the drivers. I lodged a complaint yesterday, opted to collect the order to today. I went in to collect, and get told that the order is not in store and can the book another delivery. What nonsense is that??? Theirs is horrible services and little care given to the consumer. I wasted a day yesterday waiting for a mere delivery and now wasted my time coming from Midrand to East Gate store and still get told this nonsense. This is terrible service from both the store and their partner.
