Horrible service from Game Online shopping

Good Day,

I received a delivery yesterday containing TWO waybills. One belonging to me and one to Nadia Salooje. Low and behold the parcel delivered to me was that of Nadia’s Because Dawn Wing / Time freight couldn’t do their job correctly I had to call the recipient and let her know I have her parcel.

BUT seems my parcel has been lost in this wonderful country, as most things do these days.

SO as of now I am tired of begging for what I have paid for. GAME WILL HAVE TO REFUND ME ON MY CASH, or whoever it is that lost my parcel. It is now way late and the birthday has come and gone.

Please could someone call me urgently to prepare my refund **********
