Horrible service from Game N1 City

Bought a generator a year ago, I’ve sent it in for repairs several times. I sent it back for the last time with the intention of wanting a refund. I told the store I don’t want the unit back and I just want my money back. I was made of wait several weeks for them to get back to me telling me the unit is fixed and I must go collect it.

I told them again I don’t want the generator and I want my money back. I took it further with customer service who came back telling me to go collect my unit. I’ve spoken to the store employees, customer service employee, and it was escalated within customer service and I’m being told my unit is ready for collection. I don’t know who else I’ll have to repeat myself to to get my money back. This has left a horrible impression on how I see Game and the service they collectively give to customers.
