Horrible service from Game in Chris Hani Crossing
I bought a Samsung washing machine at Game in Vosloorus earlier this year on the 25th of March 2020. In less than 6 months the unit is not working and making funny noises. I called them on Sunday the 7th of September and I was called back on Monday and was told that I will receive a call from their SP within 24hrs but I'm still waiting and no one is assisting me. I'm sitting with a unit that is still under warranty and not working. Their service is horrible.

10 Sept 2020, 03:56I received a call back from Game Vosloorus yesterday, was told that I will receive a call back the very same day while they follow up on my request. But nothing I am still waiting. Saturday I have to do my laundry but I'm stuck here with a unit that doesn't work
