Horrible service from Game

My Experience with Game has been absolutely horrible and I would not recomend it to anyone. Their level of service is very poor. I ordered a Defy Stove Black DSS694 on the 19th of December 2024 online and it had a note that it would be delivered within 2 to 5 days. Guess what, that did not happen, and when I followed up on the 23rd I was informed that it would be delivered yesterday or today but still again today I called in and I was informed that it would be delivered tomorrow. How incredible. I will never in my life buy from that useless store. They fail to follow up with the companies that courier for them to check if indeed items have been delivered to their customers instead when you call they will tell you that they did try to deliver which is absolute bull s*** as my dad and I have been home all these days thinking the stove would get delivered any day but that did not happen. What baffled me most was the fact that when I gave them my order number they advised that they could not find it on their system, same way I can no longer track the order on my side. Ridiculous much......
