Horrible Service & Experience from GAME MALL OF AFRICA!

Let me tell of the Most horrible service I have ever received in my Life! This is Mall of Africa Game..Never Ever buy a valuable appliance in this store.

We purchased a smart TV Samsung 75” with 2year warranty.Within 6months already it started to pop a deem black line some parts were not showing on the TV..We went to game and lounged a complain about the TV not only them not being able to trace a proof of purchase imagine that whole BIG STORE! Not having records fortunately I happened to find mine.. They promised to send a technician to fix the TV and it happened after weeks when he came I made amends that I need this TV not to be fixed but I want a New one since it’s too early to fix something new according to me..He supported and said they can give me a new one…

The worst horrible experience just to come and collect the TV it took Game a month to come and Collect and it was after they were being chased and called they first said we should be the one to bring the TV whereas at the first place they said they cannot allow us to collect the TV they will deliver it since it’s a Big Gadget but now tables turned..

Now we fought they came to collect and they said we need to come to the store and start the purchasing process of purchasing a TV and I personally I am not in any good state of moving I am not feeling well my partner has been the one doing up and downs they went to an extent of saying they won’t release another TV if I do not come and do the purchase since it was my TV license which was used..I told them what is it that I should do else since I am sick they said nothing will happen..

I have had enough and coming here was my last resort because I trust hello Peter to deliver! Do not ever buy any appliances at GAME MALL OF AFRICA! Horrible horrible service! Not only my TV even Microwave! Even mist fan! But with this one I couldn’t let them slide! It’s my money and I have Had enough! You can do better!
