horrible service

we bought a sinotec tv from them with a 5 year warranty. It is now 3 years and the picture no longer comes on, over the last 2 weeks we have called, e-mailed Game westwood, Game customer care, and they keep giving us the run around, they say as its a 55" TV they will get a tech to come out and check it, the customer care refused to give us a manager or supervisor name, the manager and westwood gets someone to call me to take all me details, 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago again to say they didnt load the call, they say they will be in touch immediately, however nothing, no replies, no emails that they promised to cc me on for the calls nothing, 2 weeks later, horrid after sales service, never ever buy from them, no wonder their stores are closing down with service like this.
