Horrible service!!

On the 3rd of July my parents went and purchased a fridge and a micro-oven at game cradlestone mall. They said the items would be delivered within 2-3 days. My parents have gone to the store three times already and they are not receiveing any help, all they are getting are excuses. Today is the 30th of July and still no delivery or proper communication.
