Horrible service clearwater branch and delivery promise is a lie

I bought a bike for my daughter at Game for her birthday. After realizing that the bike had not come with training wheels, we went to Cresta Clearwater Mall. We had to ask 4 times for assistance with the training wheels. The staff at the bike section refused to help and instead just stood there having a personal conversation, whenever we asked for help, they would say they'll have a look but didn't. We then went to the staff at the exercise equipment who then tried to help but then directed us back to the useless staff who again did nothing. We left the store in frustration and decided to buy the training wheels online. I ordered the training wheels on the 16th December 2018, It is now the 7th January 2019 and still no delivery. Delivery status still says in progress. This is soo frustrating. My daughter has not been able to ride her bike since her birthday because we're still waiting for her training wheels.
