Horrible service at games

I'm so frustrated at games brits we bought a logik aircon during black firday we used private installers games installers wanted R5000 to come from joburg just to install an aircon which is madness however we did installation and a few days later the indoor unit started leaking they changed it a month later it's doing the same thing there's a manufacturing fault with the logic aircon and games is giving me a run around i called customer care said I should go into store to book a service call ... went to games brits apparently they don't book a service call they know nothing about it ! How can game been such a reputable store do this to they customers ! And the service in games brits is pathetic! The workers are horrible ask for help and no assistance have to be rude in order to get help I waited for almost half an hour at this right it's best I go to the customer concil .
