Horrible service at Game Stores Trade Route Mall

I bought a dstv decoder on Saturday 2nd April at Game Store Trade Route Mall . They said that it comes with free installation - which was supposed to have been installed on Sunday - they never arrived . They came on Monday , the installer came and did what he was supposed to do . I called Dstv to setup everything but kept receiving an error message on the decoder . They informed me to call the installer , the installer said that he could not make it on Tuesday he would come on Wednesday . I waited for them on Wednesday and had to call to confirm whether they were still coming or not . I was told the car is broken they could not come .

I called Game Store and explained the story - I was told that they would follow up and i would get a call back . Nobody called back Today is the 7th April - my dstv is still not sorted out .

The service at Game Store Trade Route mall is completely terrible !!!!!!!!
