Horrible service at Game - Mall@Reds
Worst service ever from Game Mall@Reds. I purchased an item in store 2 weeks back and when following up on delivery no one knows what's happening. Call customer care and spoke to Namhla in the appliance department and was informed the system does not work and therefore she cannot give me any info.

I am still awaiting a call from senior management regarding my order. Nothing has been done so far. You might trying your best to please your clients but it seems the store staff and management are not will to pull their socks.

04 Jun 2020, 13:55I called Game Mall@Reds on *** to follow up on my delivery but they transferred me and dropped the call. The staff is extremely *********** and they don't know what they are doing. They are in the wrong industry. Horrible Service!!!

04 Jun 2020, 14:20Complaint logged with CGSO, i feel like am not valued as a customer. Called the store and it seems like the security guards are answering the phones. They were fumbling over the phone and eventually put me through to a department and the call got cut. The is extremely bad service.
