Horrible service @ Game Carnival Mall

Game carnival mall has the most ********** service, the people are dishonest. Bought stock on laybye on the 10th of October 2018, I went for my final payment today 16 December 2018. When I asked for stock Ndumiso Lucky Buthelezi told me that they don't keep stock just because I've paid it doesn't mean that I will receive my things today. I then tell him that was not the initial explanation I got. He was very rude and the manager (Ivrin Padacchy )pretended to help saying there is stock on the system we must go get from the staff only to find that there was no stock. Had to go back home without the items which are fully paid.what irked me the most is the lies and the running around we had to do at the store as we we were sent from pillar to post. Bad service +dishonest employees - My game carnival mall experience.
