Horrible service

I bought fridge on the 10th January with the product in stock. On the 17th I was advised by customer care that delivery takes 5-7 working days. On the 18th I called customer care again only to be told the fridge is out of stock. Request to speak to someone who would be able to advise on when stock will be available. Today is the 23rd I still have not received a call regarding delivery nor when stock will be available. Horrible customer care!!!
