Horrible service
I bought a defy fridge last year. It’s no longer working and Game together with Defy are giving me excuses. Defy was supposed to come out and fix it. I have been waiting since 06/03/2026

31 Mar 2026, 18:58They didn’t come. They apparently had a car break down and couldn’t make it. When asked if they will be here tomorrow, the technician was kinda rude and said he doesn’t know. I am fed up to the core. Is there another way? Maybe Game taking this fridge back? And then I can go to another retailer because honestly this is madness.

02 Apr 2026, 15:08Technician came out yesterday afternoon. Checked the fridge but he didn’t have the part that needs to be replaced. He ordered it and hopefully will come back today.
