Horrible Service.

<p>My experience was horrible with the Game Store in Durban. Firstly i called more than 5 times and when the call did go through i was transferred to more than 4 different people who were not even kind enough to warmly greet me as a customer and surprisingly one of the customers answered the phone because it kept ringing and she asked if i was calling from another Game store because she was also wondering around seeking assistance in the store and she then told me that she will find someone who will help me regarding the purchasing of a Siesta CampCot. The experience has just been horrible and annoying, the customer service is just bad and they still could not even give me all the details i needed to know regarding the purchase i wanted to make. </p>
