Horrible service

Good day

I bought this headsets at Game Vaal Mall. I tried to open them and they broke. I'm now told they can't take them back I was neglected which is a lie and I explained that to them. This thing just broke and I was called a ****. Not only did they refuse to take them back but they called me a ****. I've never been so disrespected in my entire life.
