Horrible service

Talk about horrible customer service.. they say their having a sale i ordered well before the promotion ends & they dispatched the products the following day and the products never arrive

I called them & they said their driver will attempt to deliver again. I wait 2 days & call them back they start telling me the intial driver was involved in an accident & the products were damaged and we out of stock now

How is it my problem that the driver was involved in an accident and they lacked communication the waited for the special to end to tell me non sense. They can't even think of a better way to ensure that the customer is satsfied and not inconvienced by internal situation. I want my products. They had ample time from when the accident happened to arrange for replacement now they want to refund me. I dont want a refund a want the products
