HORRIBLE SERVICE

I think that they deliver very bad service! I ordered online on 13 June 2023, states delivery 2-5 days. I have inquired twice about my parcel. Some items were delivered the next day, 2 items are still outstanding, one got cancelled and the other just shows confirmed. It is 23 June 2023 and still no one has had the decency to contact me. I think they are ***********. It is a birthday gift that I am waiting for and not one bit of communication??
