HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I purchased a faulty item (Defy fridge) online, It was delivered with a dent and a leaking water dispenser. I logged an exchange request in December and to date there has been no clear communication on the product pick up and delivery of the new Item. Nobody seems to know what is going on with my request; it is just a chaotic jumble. I constantly have to call them for me to get some form of feed back. AWFUL SERVICE!! Consider twice before purchasing any appliances from them.
