Horrible service

Game stores is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! placed an order online TWO WEEKS ago. And still have no feed back on my order, tried phoning the customer care line and all I get is music and "we care about your call, please stay on the line, and we will get to you as humanly as possible"

NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Absolutely disgusting service from such a big retail company. I will be taking this further, as this is honestly pathetic!!
