Horrible repare/replace policy

I bought an LG Microwave oven in April. The machine stopped heating anything you place in it.

Decided to phone Game Wonderpark to find out what the return/repair policy is. This is the policy: Bring the machine to the store, and wait 21 working days for the machine to be assessed!!???

Really? Place a cup of water in the machine and try to heat it, there is your assessment!

This microwave is 4 months old and Game Wonderpark does not want to replace it!

Never again! Bye Bye Game!!!
