Horrible Online support service. Simply ridiculous

Worst online shopping experience ever and totally ridiculous service from online call centre agents and managers. The service is none existing. I bought suitcases online on Black Friday (29 November 2019) and I am still to receive delivery to date. These suitcases were meant to be Christmas gifts to my loved ones. I have spent thousands on the bags and can't even buy last minute gifts. Everyday I call online support team (more than 20 calls) and I am basically pushed from pillar to post and **** to every phone call I make. I have spoken to the manager (whose name I can't remember), Natasha, Rashida, Bridget and Amara and none of these people could assist I have been promised feedbacks by managers and it's been days now, nothing has happened, not even a call back to provide any form of feedback. When I call they are either always busy and makes more promises to call me back. That never happens. Basically Game is saying to me as a customer, that they don't care, they can do as they please and are untouchable. I am so unsatisfied with the service I have received from such a big company. The service is unbelievable. All I want is my suitcases to be delivered ASAP.
